Estimated Delivery

Delivery dates quoted at the time of booking are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. These dates may change depending on customs clearance. Live tracking will be available through our tracking website.

Rates

The above rates are all-inclusive, covering GST and fuel surcharges. Rates are based on the specified shipment weights.

Weight Calculation

Shipping weight will be calculated as the higher of the actual weight or the volumetric weight.

Volumetric Weight Formula: (Length × Breadth × Height) / 5000

Weights will be rounded up to the nearest 1 kg for shipments.

Final Charges

Final charges will depend on the actual weight or dimensional weight (whichever is higher), measured at the time of tendering the shipment.

Custom Clearance Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes imposed by customs must be paid by the receiver.

Responsibility

HLG Express will not be responsible for shipment delays caused by customs clearance as this is beyond our control.

Undelivered Shipments

If the consignee refuses to collect or is unavailable, 2–3 delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, Return to Origin (RTO) charges equal to the courier charges plus any destination duties and taxes will be applicable to the sender.

KYC Requirements

• Aadhaar Card is mandatory for all international shipments.
• Purchase bill required for electronic items, artificial jewellery, and brass items.
• Additional bills may be requested depending on destination customs regulations.

Medicine Shipments

• Maximum weight: 1 kg or a 3-month supply.
• Prescription and GST purchase receipts required.
• Receiver passport and visa required for customs clearance.

Commercial Shipments (High Value)

• Commercial Invoice – 5 Copies
• Packaging List – 3 Copies
• SLI (Shipper Letter of Instruction)
• SDF (Shipper Declaration Form)
• EVD (Export Value Declaration)
• E-Way Bill
• KYC – Any 2 Government ID Proofs
• LUT Number on invoice with company seal and signature

Additional Services

• Shop and Ship: Order through WhatsApp and we deliver to your doorstep.

Rate Changes

Rates may change without prior notice. Prices are subject to weekly fuel charge adjustments as per fleet carrier policy.

If restricted items are found during scanning, penalties up to ₹10,00,000 may apply and legal action may be taken.

Additional Charges

• Address corrections or contact updates may incur additional charges.
• Remote area delivery may include additional service charges.

Special Certificates

• Fumigation Certificate required for wood items.
• Handicraft Certificate required for wooden handcrafted products.

Shipment Damage & Loss

HLG Express is not responsible for claims related to shipment loss or damage. Customers will be guided to submit claims directly with the shipping carrier.
